About Me
Life is a fascinating journey of experiencing, learning, feeling, connecting and loving...yourself...others... and the divine that has created us!
Through my training as a psychologist, my certification training in NLP~TimeLine Therapy~Hypnotherapy and my deep experience and practice in the realms of the spiritual world, I am able to guide you in your own journey of self-discovery of your mind & soul, explore the unvisited corners of your mind, embrace your shadow and resolve any inner conflict, let the jewels of your soul shine, and elevate your soul to a divine dancing of peace & bliss!
After I graduated from University of La Verne and my studies in Psychology in Greece, I decided to leave the luxury and comfort of my beautiful life in Athens and begin a daring journey of the body and the soul to Asia.
My journey beyond home started when I run away to Nepal, where I joined Kathmandu University. Living and studying in a Tibetan Community for 8 years, it gave me the opportunity to completely immerse myself in the spiritual world of Tibetan Buddhism, meditation practices & yoga.
The past two years, I have been living in Malaysia and working for an incredible Online Academy for Transformational Education, Mindvalley. Here I have had the opportunity to explore differently and deep the dimensions of the human psyche through contemporary experts in personal development.
The works of Caroline Myss, Teal Swan, Anodea Judith, Sonia Choquette, Jeffrey Allen, and my personal connection to other trainers and teachers such as Carlos De Leon, Maru Iabichela, Eleni Sarantinou, Nina Ray, and Kavita Singh, have influenced me by opening my perspective in psychology and spirituality and adjusting to an integrated and all embracing approach and the practice of the training of the mind and spirit.
